Willie enjoys the opportunities of his job to enhance the lives of others as he points them to resources at Arkansas Northeastern College (ANC). He is a graduate himself of ANC, where his studies equipped him with communication, time management, and critical thinking skills. His AA degree in General Studies taught him that everyone has strengths and weaknesses; the key is to accept those, improve and move forward. This helps him find common ground with diverse people. This job has given him financial stability and flexibility, and meaningful ways to improve his community one person at a time. He challenges those he assists to empower themselves with self-sufficiency through study at ANC.
